Calm Cool Collective is a Toronto-based virtual psychology clinic that specializes in anxiety management for women. We integrate cognitive behavioural therapy as well as complimentary evidence-based methodologies to offer an individualized treatment plan for each individual.
1:1 Individual Psychotherapy
Individual therapy allows clients to receive high quality support that suits their needs and preferences in a 1:1 format with a registered mental health professional.
I genuinely love my work and find great honour in partaking in other peoples’ stories, particularly through chapters of need and personal growth. Now, with my clinical training, I gravitate naturally toward building relationships founded on trust.

$175 + HST
- Individual therapy is a collaborative process between you and I. We will explore your goals and resolve any challenges you are experiencing to improve your quality of life in a safe, supportive, and confidential environment.
$260 + HST
- In individual therapy, sometimes there is a need for longer sessions, whether there is a more complex issue to work through or even a time of crisis. Giving you additional time to work through difficult thoughts, emotions or memories.
