Regardless of the field you're in, I hope you find comfort in the saying "If you don't fuck up, you don't learn."

We aren't supposed to know it all, especially in the beginning.

And hey, it’s likely you won’t ever know it all.

You’ll just become more knowledgeable and better than yesterday.

Being able to reframe our mistakes as stepping stones to success is so important.

The word epigenetics literally means “above the gene.”

📈 Scientists and research suggest that our genes can change very quickly depending on what we're doing, feeling, and thinking, including the impact of anxiety.

This means that our choices, behaviours, and experiences can have a big impact on our health and healing ✨

Even things like who we spend time with, how we clean our clothes, how we fuel and take care of our bodies can affect our genes.

In fact, most of our genes work together with things in our environment.

This means that we can help our bodies be healthy by making good choices and taking care of ourselves from a holistic perspective 🌱
