Whether you have a formal diagnosis or are facing life’s challenges, I am here to provide unwavering support and guidance. Together, we can embark on a transformative journey where you’ll find comfort, safety, and be equipped with coping skills to be your most authentic and best self.
Approach: My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based methods, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Behaviour-based Approaches. However, I also recognize the importance of tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique needs and goals, allowing for a personalized and effective therapeutic experience.
Presenting Concerns: I am privileged to work with a diverse range of individuals, and my deep dedication lies in supporting them through life’s challenges. I extensive experience working individuals, families and children with diagnoses, such as ASD, Aspergers, ADHD, OCD, and more.
Our sessions will be collaborative and compassionate, as we work together to gain a deeper understanding of your values, goals, and the path you wish to tread. My ultimate goal is to help you find the confidence and resilience to move forward in life, making positive changes and achieving the future you envision.
Education/Training: I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Conflict Studies and Human Rights (BSSc) from the University of Ottawa and then completed a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University in 2023. With nearly a year of clinical experience in counselling, complemented by three years of working with clients and families in various therapy capacities, I bring a comprehensive background to my practice. Additionally, I am certified by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and hold Professional Membership with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). My extensive clinical expertise encompasses working with children, teens, and adults who identify as neurodiverse.
