This means that our choices, behaviours, and experiences can have a big impact on our health and healing ✨

Even things like who we spend time with, how we clean our clothes, how we fuel and take care of our bodies can affect our genes.

In fact, most of our genes work together with things in our environment.

This means that we can help our bodies be healthy by making good choices and taking care of ourselves from a holistic perspective 🌱
